At Guardian Bikes, we want to ensure your young rider is completely satisfied with their new gear. If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, we offer a 365-day trial period for all bicycles and accessories.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack the Gear

  Place the bike or accessories back in their original packaging, ensuring all tools and manuals are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location using the provided prepaid label; shipping is on us within the contiguous United States.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our safety team inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
